The Need
Pam wanted to expand not only her team, but also her client base. An important requirement was that she wanted to attract the RIGHT person for the role that would align with her values and want to grow with the team long-term. Pam also wanted to show how she is different from other agents in her approach.
The Solution
We produced 2 different videos, one to showcase Pam’s personality, experience, why she chose the insurance business and how she approaches solving her client’s problems, and another video focused on what her team was looking for as they expanded.
