She needed to establish trust and show her passion and credentials in a relatively quick way for partners and those needing tax resolution to be compelled to reach out.

How
For both, we identified the pain points of those with the weight of tax problems and those attorneys or CPAs who do not want to deal with the complexity of tax resolution. We formed strategic questions based on how Adawn solves those pain points and just talked to her about them like a friend having a conversation. In that way we were able to capture her natural responses to allow her genuine passion and knowledge to shine through.
